At Maison Rozey, we want your experience to be smooth from the moment you place your order. The information below outlines how we process and deliver your products.

All of our products are shipped to you via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over £150 / €150 depending on your region. No code necessary, free shipping will be applied at checkout. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary depending on the destination country's laws and regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to placing your order.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

Free Shipping:

• On all orders above £150 for the United Kingdom and Wales.
  
• On all orders above €150 for all European countries

For orders under the threshold, the following shipping costs apply:

Shipping times may be longer during promotional periods due to high order volumes.
Some items may need to be backordered, or orders with pre-order items, or placed on busy days like Black Friday, major drops, or sales, may take extra time.

Maison Rozey only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email info@maisonrozey.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
