Thank you for your purchase at Maison Rozey! We really appreciate your order and hope you love what you received. But we also understand that sometimes something just doesn't work out the way you hoped. Maybe the fit isn't quite right, or the item looks different than expected. That's okay! Below you can read everything about what you can do in that case.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN SOMETHING?
You have 14 days to return your order. These 14 days start from the moment your package was sent out to you. It is important to know that your return shipment must actually be on its way, meaning dropped off at the post office or courier, before those 14 days are over. You do not need to give a reason for your return. You simply don't like it? That's completely fine, you can just send it back.
WHAT CONDITIONS DOES MY RETURN NEED TO MEET?
We do ask that the item you return is still in the same condition as when you received it. That means:
1. The item has not been worn
2. The item has not been washed
3. The item still has all the original tags attached
4. The item is packed back in the original bag it came in
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. In the event that a returned item is found to be worn, washed, or otherwise damaged, we reserve the right to reject the return. In such cases, the product will not be returned to the sender, and no refund will be issued. Customers are therefore advised to ensure that all items are in their original, undamaged condition prior to initiating a return.
Please be advised that all returns must be shipped to our warehouse located in Asia, where they will be duly processed. To facilitate proper handling of your return, it is recommended that the return be dispatched as promptly as possible within the 14-day period following receipt of the goods. Please note that any shipping fees incurred for the original order are non-refundable and remain payable irrespective of whether the item is retained or returned.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return your order for a refund.
NOTE:
For items on sale, Maison Rozey does not provide refunds or accept returns.
For 1+1 deals, both items must be returned together. We cannot provide a refund or store credit if only one of the two items is returned. However, items in the 1+1 deal can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product. In case you only want to exchange one of the items, please only return the one that you want to exchange and keep the other one.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME:
If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when you register your return, we will immediately get to work on this.
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse in the mandatory state described in our return policy, we process it within 10 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 10 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 3 days before the refund is visible on your bank
IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN'T RETURN?
- Certain sale items are marked as (Final) Sale and are not eligible for refund.
- Items that have exceeded the 14 days return window
Any item that is returned worn or damaged that has not previously been disclosed to our customer support team will be rejected with their return void and products destroyed.
RETURN COSTS:
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items, which may differ based on the chosen courier and the country of origin of the return shipment.

What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?
Ask our customer service team about the possibilities. We will give you an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already created your return and the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.
Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five digit code. If you have not received this e-mail correctly, our customer service will be happy to help you.
What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipment or production. We are of course happy to resolve this with you. Please send a message to info@somangoo.com with a picture of the complaint. Our customer service will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.
What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?
Please remember to deliver your return within the 14-day period before the return period expires. In the unlikely event that this does not work out, we offer you the option of exchanging the product for a replacement or a voucher. Please ask our customer support team for the possibilities.
